Robert and his team were fantastic - very caring and explained the whole process throughout our sale.

I had the "pleasure" of working with Mary Kay Minnis and her team with the "transitioning" of my parent's estate this past month. I WILL CAUTION ANYONE PRIOR TO HIRING THIS COMPANY! The contract lists, "Complete Estate Liquidation...At the conclusion of the project, the home, garage, and shop will be left empty, vacuumed, and broom swept, with the exception of things that belong with the home, and any of the items you specify to us as 'not for sale'." This couldn't be further from the truth. Not only were items left behind for my family to dispose of in the shop and around the grounds of the estate, they left a queen size bed in the upstairs bedroom. Instead of calling with questions, they left the bed behind with the excuse they didn't know how to disassemble it. They also threatened to file a police report for "stolen property" when they couldn't locate big ticket items removed prior their start date. Multiple family members witnessed their employees using many ESTATE ITEMS FOR THEIR PERSONAL USE during the liquidation process: * Using a custom dining table for all meals and item preparation, which was damaged with water marks and marring due to their continued use and carelessness * Using estate dishes to eat and drink from * Using a propane heater in the garage for their comfort * Using all appliances at their whim * Using laundered towels and washcloths in order to clean items None of the above mentioned was neither agreed upon nor listed in the contract. When Mary Kay was questioned about our concerns, she tried to underplay the issue by stating, "We are always very respectful of the homes we work in." She then promptly requested a 'heads up' prior to entry to our estate for obvious reasons. No commencement dates were provided until Mary Kay was questioned about the sale. To add insult to injury, the estate was purged of approximately 90% of unsellable items prior to this company entering. There were no adjustments made to invoicing for work that was not performed by them, nor were we compensated for the damaged table. To say this company is disrespectful, inefficient and unprofessional is an understatement. They are not only greedy, they are morally inept.

My experience was as an auction winner. Pickup was well staffed and organized. People were very friendly. There was a picker pile on site that we also took advantage of. The estate owner was also present. I think he was trying to convince me to buy more stuff at one point, but I didn't feel any pressure and he was nice overall. It was a bit of a drive as I was coming from the Seatac area, but worth the distance.

as a buyer it was a great experience all the way around. items looked even better in person than they did in the picture provided.
5
I'v bought from many CTBIDS locations all over country but this was the absolute right way to conduct an auction. They packed correctly. And sent in a timely fashion. Sturdy boxes and professional tape.

Caring Transitions of Parsippany did an excellent job. WE would reccommend them highly

Meggan and her crew were such a help as I was managing a downsizing move after the death of my husband. She took care of everything before, during and after! All the worry and anxiety I had about the process melted away as she and her team came in and managed the whole thing. I recommend Caring Transitions wholeheartedly.

We moved in last Thursday and we had 14 people here for dinner last night. That's less than a week! People walked in and said 'It looks like you've been here forever!' The floor plan Kathleen did was so helpful. Everything was put in place, everything worked. It was great! Each one of the Caring Transitions of Tulsa staff played a particular part and made it so easy. They showed kindness and compassion.
